Order Processing
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Preparation may occasionally take longer during holidays, major promotional events, periods of unusually high order volume, inventory checks, or other exceptional circumstances.
Certain ceramic mugs with delicate, sculptural, or decorative features may also require additional packaging preparation before leaving our fulfillment facility.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when tracking is available.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our general estimated transit period is:
7–20 business days after shipment
The 1–3 business day processing period is not included in this estimate.

Larger ceramic pieces, mug-and-saucer sets, or products requiring additional protective packaging may have different shipping requirements depending on the destination.

Tracking Your Shipment

Tracking information may not become active immediately after a shipping label is generated. Please allow some time for the carrier's system to register the shipment.

If your Yaeilnorm product arrives cracked, chipped, broken, scratched, or otherwise damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
To help our team assess the issue, please provide:

- Clear photographs of the affected product
- Photographs of the internal protective packaging
- Photographs of the outer shipping package
- A photograph of the shipping label
- A short video when it helps demonstrate the issue
Please keep both the affected item and its original packaging until our customer support team has reviewed your request.
Subject to the circumstances and applicable store policies, an available resolution may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Lost or Unusually Delayed Shipments

Packages Showing as Delivered
If carrier tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend checking:

- The local delivery carrier

Split Shipments
Occasionally, items purchased together may be sent in separate packages because of:

For example, a mug from the Modern Ritual Collection and another design from the Dreamy Sweet Mug Collection may be fulfilled separately if they are stored at different inventory locations or require different packaging arrangements.
When an order is divided into multiple shipments, individual packages may have separate tracking numbers and can arrive on different dates.
You will not incur an additional shipping charge solely because Yaeilnorm chooses to divide an order into multiple shipments.
Receiving & Unpacking Your Order
Ceramic and sculptural products should be unpacked carefully.
When receiving your Yaeilnorm order, we recommend:
- Opening the shipping package carefully
- Keeping sharp tools away from the product
